Redo of Healer also known as KaiYari in Japan, is a light novel series which is written by Rui Tsukiyo and illustrated by Shiokonbu. Studio TNK worked on a 12-episode anime series based on the novel. Even though the storyline is quite controversial, Redo of Healer anime series is very popular. As the series started airing it gained thousands of fans all across the world.

Redo Of Healer Season 2 Release Date
As of now no official statement regarding a second season has been made by the producers. However, Tsukiyo (writer of the novel) is known for being quite active on Twitter and after fans expressed their growing interest for a second season, Tsukiyo requested that the fans buy the original light novel and increase their sales. Adding to it he also stated that if the novels didn’t sell well there won’t be any season 2 of the series.
Studio TNK who animated the first season of the series have produced multi seasonal anime series before like ‘High School DXD’ and ‘UFO Ultramaiden Valkyrie’. So, they are quite capable of producing more seasons of Redo of Healer.
As the first season of the series was released in 3 different versions, we can also expect the second one to have 3 different versions as well. These different versions are Censored, Uncensored and Streaming Exclusive.
Redo Of Healer Season 2 Trailer
Since the production of the second season hasn’t started yet, there’s no official teaser or trailer. The light novel series has a total of 9 volumes that have been published and out of 9 only 3 have been used for the first season, meaning that there’s more than enough content for a second season.
Redo Of Healer Season 1 Plot
The story follows Keyaru (the main character of the series) who is a healer and resident of a remote village. One day his town is invaded and his life turns upside down. The invasion of the intruders leads to his powers being exposed and he is sold. After being sold he is enslaved, tortured and abused physically repeatedly. After being exploited several times by heroes and their subordinates he decides to take revenge upon all those who’ve done him wrong. However, he realises that his current state is too poor for him to seek revenge so he defeats a Demon Lord and obtains a Philosopher’s Stone and uses his healing magic to enhance the properties of the stone. With the help of the stone, he obtains the power to turn back time.
Hungry for revenge he uses the stone and goes 4 years back into the past to redo everything. He forms an army of loyal followers, fights enemies from all across and gets back on all those people who abused and tortured him.

Redo Of Healer Season 2 Characters
KEYARU
Voiced by Yuya Hozumi, he’s the main protagonist of the series who was blessed to become a hero. With a strong desire to save his world from demons, he endures physical, mental and sexual abuse from his own allies. After defeating the demon lord, he obtains a Philosopher’s Stone with help of which, he learns that he can travel through time. Thirsty for revenge upon those who’ve done him wrong, he goes 4 years back in time, changes his appearance and renames himself Keyarga.
FLARE ARLGRANDE JIORAL/ FREIA
Voiced by Ayano Shibuya, she is the reason why Keyara suffers a lot. She’s the first princess of the Jioral Kingdom, being ‘The Magic Hero’ she saw healing magicians as a lower class in their magical world. In the alternate timeline, Keyaru mercilessly tortures her and takes away all of her powers. He alters her memories, appearance and makes her his companion and lover named Freia.
SETSUNA
Voiced by Shizuka Ishigami, she’s a female demi- human slave. Keyaru buys her and makes her join his team. She’s from the Ice Wolf Clan, where people are usually sold into slavery. She was also infected by an illness which she is able to withstand by using her rage. Eventually Keyaru gains full control over her and she becomes sexually attached to him which leads to her competing with Freia often.
EVE REESE
Voiced by Natsumi Takamori, she is a demon who’s in line to become the next Demon Lord. In the former timeline she fought Keyaru as the Demon Lord and ended up begging for mercy and ask Keyaru to spare her life. She gives him the Philosopher’s Stone. Her main objective is to kill the current Demon Lord and protect her allies. After completing the trails of Caladrius her appearance changes as her black hair transitions into silver locks. In the alternate timeline she gets connected with Keyaru’s group.
NORN CLATALISSA JIOREL/ ELLEN
Voiced by Minami Tsuda, she’s the younger sister of Flare and the second princess of the Jioral Kingdom. She is known to run the kingdom in a very sadistic and manipulative manner. In order to gain aid from the neighbouring kingdom she exterminates all the innocent demons, which causes death of Keyarga’s friend. Keyarga sees her fit to join his team so he alters her memories and appearance to become his little sister named Ellen.
KUREHA CLYRET
Voiced by Natsuki Aikawa, she’s a female knight of Jioral Kingdom, also known as the Blade Goddess. She owes Keyaru her gratitude as when they first met, he helped her in fixing her amputated arm. Initially Kureha opposes joining his team but when she gets to known the truth about the kingdom, she allies with him. Freia manipulates her by pretending to be her former self. Kureha gets exposed to aphrodisiac and becomes their obedient ally. To apologize for her mistakes, she has sex with keyargu and starts working as an informant for him.
